How often do you recommend doing this per week?

Good question...probably 2-3 times? It depends what else you are doing in the week and if you are doing a form of fitness that promotes flexibility. After every workout make sure that you get in a significant stretch. And if you can add in this active stretching session a few times a week that's great.

You are not alone in this quest my friend! I am putting on my list to make a video for tips for splits! My 11-year-old has been locked up in this area for years and finally got her splits and the things that worked for her were pretty unique- I have wanting to make that video ever since!
