How can I send a campaign to my lists and then just exclude a segment of my tagged students? How do I exclude the segment from the email campaign?

@@segeriusbrucecoaching-buil7636 when your create your campaign, under the list section, you have an option that says 'segment selected list' That way, you can exclude your tagged students 🙃

How to check the open rates of automation emails?

Hey Saneen! Inside the automation, on the top right, you can find all the emails in the automation including their open/click rates 😄 You can also find it under rapports, but I find it quicker in the automation itself.
