Plummer doesn't say that but it seems to be implied. Looking back, Colors was my first movie with Cheadle in it. Heck, it was my first movie with Plummer also. Has to be frustrating to help a friend out and they become more successful. I'm willing to bet there was some backstabbing happening.
Now I know why I don’t see this Brother work more. He’s a REAL ONE!!! In the acting game, most folks rarely tell other a actors about work, never mind say, “if my mans don’t work, I don’t work”!!!! That’s LOYALTY!!! And look at Don Cheadles career now!!!! Of the chain, and he’s Brilliant!!!! Wow, it would be be nice we did that more with each other. Cool interview.
@@JohnJohn-do2oj He said "If the album "Straight Outta Compton" woulda came a lil bit earlier, it woulda probably been on the soundtrack of "Colors". NWA missed it by an inch."
Glenn Plummers a talented guy. It's a shame he had to be stereotyped into roles playing gangstas & thugs. He put ole boy on Don cheadle and it seem dude forgot who looked out for him and never gave Glenn that same come up in projects he was in. Karma's a mutha though! Keep your chin up Glenn, your best acting days are ahead!
Greetings from the San Francisco Bay Area, Richmond, the hood, Northern California! And he right they don't know what at least at that time they didn't know, they surely know now about North Richmond about these brothers up here, he grew up on the southside of Richmond the townhouses oh, much love to all the Richmond and unincorporated North Richmond first and foremost where most families in Richmond California started off, they may have the issues and have had issues for these many decades between different sets, but it is a known fact that when it comes to Richmond California, most people started off in unincorporated North Richmond which is where the Hebrews AKA black people did only live at that time before it was a central Richmond before it was up South Richmond, Easter Hill, all these different places Crescent Park, before John F Kennedy Manor was built, and all of that, it was North Richmond and not to forget parchester Village, so that's another neighborhood that unless you from the Bay Area and specifically Richmond, or Hercules California, most people don't know about parchester Village, but Glenn Plummer is right and I went to school with his nephew Kinard plumber at Pinole Valley High School when I graduated the year 1999 year 2000, they remember me there as little penny, because Penny Hardaway was my favorite player and Magic Johnson and Michael Jordan and Allen Iverson and Kobe Bryant just came to the league when I was a freshman 1996 - 97 school year, before I went to Richmond High School 1997-98 which is the year when the Coach Carter stuff happened!
@@abark interesting enough how you responded to as you worded a garbage Hood culture, if you're responding to stuff like that, what does that make you? An extra-special idiot
