I’ve read a tweet before from a guy who met Pesci when he was a kid at an airport. Pesci asks the kid who’s he’s favourite actor was and the kid said he was. Pesci hands him a 100 dollar bill and said “that’s the right answer kid”. That’s legendary

I know he may be retired now even from acting probably because of the type of movies he used to love having involvement with during his youth. But even for just a short simple interview only a few years ago, it was actually nice to see Joe Pesci’s face in public just one more time, so we could see he’s hanging in there. Man's so humble he said "I'm a legend huh?" when he knows he is indeed a legend. Joe will always be one of my favourite actors out there. Goodfellas and Casino will never be "Goodfellas" and "Casino" without him.
