Actual Behind the Wheel Driving Test - Chill Examiner 

My exam is 8/17/2020 in NY, I’m feeling confident! Anyone viewing this will pass with flying colors 💙 we got this.

If your watching this before you take your drivers test you got this!!! I was nervous too and I just passed mine. It’s not as bad as you think just don’t overthink it. Don’t let me down!!!

I had my test today, my instructor was so chill it was unbelievable. While taking the test he taught me new things I hadn't seen, we talked throughout the whole test. He said for me to calm down and he knows I'm a very good driver, I was a bit nervous but who isn't. Anyways while driving we talked about cricket, countries, laughed, he taught me some key things like a better way to observe and etc. Before the test was done he said he already passed me because I did so well. If I ever become an examiner for the dmv i'm going to be just like my examiner. That was the key to passing. For anyone who has a chill relaxed examiner you got this.

Hey Everyone, I just took my test and it was easier than I thought it was going to be! Try not to let your anxiety get the better then you and already assume that you will pass. I wish everyone the best of luck :)

I got my license a month ago! Lemme tell you, it is so scary at first but I promise you that it’s WAAAAY easier driving with someone you DON’T know versus someone you do know. It’s that peer pressure that ironically makes you focus. Think of it this way, if you mess up, you’re more likely to not care as much as messing up in front of an instructor because you know your SO, friend, family member, whoever is gonna fix the mistake for you. If you mess up in front of the instructor, that docs you a point and puts pressure on you to do your best :) at least it did for me. Always always practice even if it’s for 2 seconds, do it. The more familiar you get with it, the easier it’s gonna be. If you’re afraid of switching lanes, think about what’s scaring you. For me, it was not being able to multitask and forgetting about what’s in front of me. The solution to that is practicing your speed. Once you get speed down and know how fast you’re going (which you’ll eventually get a feel), then start working on switching lanes. Practice in an open area. Practice your head movements: back mirror, rear view, blind side. I have more tips if you guys want! I’ll post a video soon :) Good luck!❤️

passed my test only cause my instructor was so chill, he talked to me the whole time about random stuff and the test only took 4 minutes, don’t stress, it’s a piece of cale

Took mine Friday. Super easy I believe in each one of y’all just take ur time go the right speed limit check ur mirrors and shoulder and u should be fine

I just took my test for the first time today and I passed with only 6 points taken off. I was a nervous wreck before the test, but it’s important to remain calm and believe in your driving skills! Good luck for those of you who are going to take their test soon!

Just think, there will be a day when we watch these videos just for fun instead of a study tool. Someday soon.

Passed mine 2 days ago and for some reason watching this haha, my advice is you will be nervous but it goes away once you get going on the road just keep reminding yourself safety first. Good luck to anyone going for there test :)

my road test was nothing like this lol. i got my license two years ago but all i did was drive around in a parking lot for 3 minutes, parallel parked, backed up and boom i got my license lmao

My exam day is May 11, 2021. I am so nervous. I gotta remember to just breathe and relax. Update: I PASSED!!! It was easier than I expected.

Took my test today (1/2/2020) and passed on my first try! I took it at the Montebello DMV (California). I regret shitting bricks before taking the exam because it really wasn't that bad. As soon as you start to get the momentum, you will feel the confidence you need in order to get through the whole test. Just be confident, allowing your nervousness to take you over during the test will only harm you. Make sure to study these videos, these videos were a lot of help for me and it gave me the information I need in order to know what's going to happen during the exam. Make sure to practice as much as you can, you're going to have to get comfortable driving around in certain situations. I can sure you that you will pass your exam if you do all these things. So I failed the first time and had severe anxiety but I scheduled the second one somewhere else and it was so easy even if I was nervous. I really didn't think I'd get my license but I did. Everything is possible so just do your research and believe in yourself ❤ Keep trying.

That parking lot at the beginning looked like the most stressful part. Wish it hadn't been fast forwarded and had tips on how to handle that mess!

I just passed my test, it was so easy. I was just over-thinking everything but calmed down after I started driving. I made a few mistakes but she said I did fine.

Passed mine today, just a little bit of practice goes a long way. Don't stress yourself out and you'll be fine. Show your good skills to the instructor. ✌️

i have anxiety watching this everything left my mind when he started speaking. i know I can drive just being tested makes me feel so less like I cant do it or imma mess up.

Just passed my test today lets goo!!!, my tip is to never worry about your instructor marking sht down, do your best and always focus on the road, if you have the knowledge you will be fine, final tip is to never think about passing or failing, just focus on the road and you will do just fine,

My test was today and I passed only making four errors ! I have anxiety and was really nervous but I just did my best to concentrate on driving correctly and did fine. Just don’t make critical errors and make sure you had a lot of practice before the test.

Took my test yesterday and passed!! These videos were helpful!! Advice to anyone taking their test soon just be confident and stay calm once u leave the dmv all ur nerves go away!! Also always look at ur look at your surroundings when u can scan the area,always look over shoulder and drive at the speed limits if you practiced you should be fine!!

i don’t know why i’m already getting nervous because my test will either be at the end of december (2020) or january of 2021! this video was very helpful, because i’m learning how to drive with my permit right now!

Passed mine January 18th 2022, wasn’t nervous at all and my instructor was extremely chill.

I took mine on 7/14/2021 at this exact location with the same instructor. His voice sounds exactly the same. He is a very chill examiner!

Passed it today. Only made one mistake, and the instructor was pretty chill overall.

When I took the drive test at Pasadena 6 years ago there was this black dude that got in, lowered the seats, pumped up the ac, and turned on rap music. Then just chilled there the entire drive test.

Passed my test yesterday! All I did was drive around the neighborhood, backed up, downhill parking and that’s all! I promise you that us literally all I did and then when I was done I parked the car at the end of the exam.

I dont know why I am even here I took my test last year but its crazy to see how different each states test is. My entire test was only about minute long and not even half a mile.

Failed my first road test because I got nervous after a mistake in the beginning which led to other mistakes. My second road test will be on 1/9/2023. So nervous but from failing the first test it gave me an idea of what mistakes to avoid and things that I need to improve. Can’t wait to get that license!

My roadtest is in 2 days, wish me luck! Edit: I failed in the parking lot after my roadtest was over, I was supposed to park in reverse and when I did, another vehicle approached me and the instructor automatically failed me because I was too close to the vehicle. Overall, the test was really easy and she said I was an excellent driver but unfortunately ended up failing just for a parking. You got this guys!!!

My first road test was May 21, 2021, which was yesterday. Unfortunately, I didn't pass. It shattered my heart to pieces, but the good thing is that I have my second try on the 25th of May, which is in 2 more days. I feel literally nervous in the pit of my stomach while typing this, but I feel okay to a certain point while watching these videos of people following the rules correctly. The videos should help me feel confident within myself, but the good thing is that I'm going to practice with my mother until the 25th hits. I just need to work on turning into the closest lane instead of ending up in the middle, but just pray that I pass and have a nice driving examiner. I remember binge watching ALL of the videos so nervous as my road test date came up and with only a solid week of practice with the help of my ma and pops. I went around the block and passed 1st try bro I was so relieved

Everyone comments their test day and later say they passed so I’m gonna use this luck. Oct 6th😍EDIT: passed w 5 errors 😳 these vids help a lot and the test was very basic don’t psych yourselves.

american driving test is so much easier compared to the uk driving test, in the uk you drive for 40 mins, go around roundabouts, speed changes, mostly in the uk people drive manual cars, so u have to have the right gear change. stop lights are sometimes confusing. streets are narrow, u dont get told which lane to go in. u can have a couple minor faults, but if u get a serious fault u failed. also the theory test, is 50 mins multiple choice and hazard perception clips test. im 17 and its a lot to learn, but im getting there.

I just binged watched all these videos before my exam today and i passed with only 3 errors. just have confidence in yourself and obey the traffic laws.

Passed my test in November of last year and it really helps when you have a chill examiner. Me and the guy I had were making small talk about football and common interests and it really eased the nerves. This being said all the nerves went away when I started driving. As long as you are prepared and not a unprepared driver you should pass easily.

I have been practicing driving for about 2 months now and I am about to take my test next week early in the morning.. driving on the road I don’t think is the bad part for me… it’s parallel parking and the fact I will have someone who I don’t know in the car with me 😭(social anxiety) hopefully the instructor is chill and I pad first try

I took my test today! I passed with flying colors. My instructor said my parallel park was, and I quote "Perfect" Hallejuah! But I can't get my lisence for 10 months when I turn sixteen. ( I have had my permit for three weeks)

I took my test today and failed because I was so nervous I didn’t think to let the right of way go at a light! It’s cool cause my next test is the 24th and imma pass it then!
