I think any sort of RF transfer system should work, though I've only tried it with Draconic Evolution's energy network. Ender IO conduits should work fine, though.

Are you kidding me? The title literally says "Atomic Reconstructor Automation", and the video states exactly how to automate the Atomic Reconstructor's crafting method. I was looking for something *exactly like this* for integration in my Refined Storage processing center, and this has simplified and sped up my processing immensely! ^.^

Maybe before you even check out a Mod Spotlight or a perfect, very easy to understand tutorial like this one. Maybe you should think about learning how to get a better grasp on the english language.
