@Tay_Stovall that's why you catch them quick before they charge there ms. O run avalon as well. Me and another player were the only ones left in orbital mayhem. He did 41 million and I got 31 million. Only difference was his weapons were mk3, mine were mk2 level 12. Neither 1 of us could kill the other! It felt very stupid.
@@Vader81-d2k still though it feels like such a chore having to fight raptor, anytime I see one I just walk away from it and if it magically glides to my exact position then I have no choice but to just stand there and look at it since shooting it will just kill you faster. No point in running, it’s got the speed of a Lynx🤷♂️. Such a horrible design for a robot. It single handedly makes the game boring
Raijin is the last robot in the game that has an ability that makes it immobile. However, this is reason to preserve it, not to ask them to change it, imo. I am still waiting for a Behemoth pilot that gives it back its immobility mode so that I can see it deploy those old lateral stabilizers, which are currently always tucked away as decoration on the legs, as if Pixonic doesn't even care about discarding their own design efforts. For Raijin, let's try asking for all the module slots first. Oh it should get back its passive climbing abilities, and do you remember it basically became pseudo-stealthed for 1 second every time you switched modes, because the game did not update the position of Raijin's hitbox while it was rising and lowering through the ability? Maybe that too.
behemoth should still have those leg stands out and they move with the legs atleast, you can still see the leg stands in the ankles move when the ability is activated though
1:40 maybe they were somewhat playing with the idea of game balance back in the day, so they decided it couldn't move while shielded. Nowadays, not only would it be able to move, but it would be auto firing nukes out of its @$$ causing a trillion damage per second
that raijin is still pretty good with new weapons, the raijin can be underestimated sometimes and thats why a lot of people dont play with it, i think with a better pilotskill to make it walk faster this thing can be even better for grabbing beacons. nice upload...

I always felt so happy everytime I saw a Rajin in the battlefield. I don't know exactly why. If it was an enemy, I wouldn't shoot at it, but say 'hello' 🙂↔️🙂↔️
As a player who used to have a MK2 LVL9 Raijin in my original hanger, and now a MK2 LVL12 soon to be MK3 LVL1 Raijin in my new hangar, I can confirm that it is still worthy of a sniper bot, and a brawler bot when used properly. I am in the Master's league, and I am able to dominate players who are using META ROBOTS. No insane drones, no insane pilot, just a simple MK2 LVL12 Raijin with a LVL1 Repair Amp and a dream.
The first thing they should really give the Raijin is more passive slots. It would be more of a tank that way. The robot moving in the ability isn't that important. Good showcasing dude!! Great video!!
I don't know if it's possible nowadays, but if we use bastion mode, after skill use, there was a small time while the enemy can only aim a place where raijins sheild goes up while it's not even up _ ignoring damage A long time ago, it was used to avoid trebues stationary
Imagine if pixonic made a ue raijin... actual movement in bastion, ability to climb, the sheild will always work even if it's out of bastion (it will protect the top of the bot) decent mobility, and maybe, just maybe, a 3rd heavy weapon. That would be soooooooo dope to see
When i was new in the game (i joned abt 100 days ago), i used raijin with exodus. A menace all the way until diamond. But i got in expert league and the lynx robots were so annoying at close range that i used subduers instead. It was fine. Now i am in diamond and i have an exodus behemoth instead
i remember my first “meta” build or at least the best robot i owned was a fully upgraded raijin and avenger, i didnt pay a single dime for it either and it took me half a year of coming back from school and grinding for an hour or two then the first game i loaded up with it, i got two godlike back to back then got absolutely destroyed by a pay to win loser in my next game, i forgot what he was running because this was years ago when the p2w really started to kick off
I was away from this game for over a year (that was 2 years ago...) And I remember coming back to this game when I got myself a computer Then I learned they changed the ability of the Fujin Making it no longer in-mobile, which was nice But it felt weird... To just change something about such a important thing, made it feel like it wasn't a Fujin So ye Changes can be nice, yet awkward...
That's typically what they do, but raijin can be killed in an instant unless ur a pro using it. e.g. We don't have an UE version of magnetar and they are nerfing it in the next update, so either they are nerfing it cuz they want to make a UE version or they just nerfing it because of it popularity. Am pretty sure they will make a UE version of magnetar when the original gets nerfed.
Fujin and Behemoth can move in Bastion mode now. Why didn't they do the same for Raijin? As to speed, Nitro unit modules but, you lose use of other modules. Maybe Drone ability to increase speed, ie on kill speed boost. But, this IS Pixonic and we all know how this goes. Now the big possibility of the Demise of Luch with the coming Ra*e to it. Being almost the only Elder Titan able to stand tall against the newer stupidly broken Titans. I'm still not changing my maxed T-Luch as he is a Beast. Maybe the Traditionalist skill won't kill it but, I'll wait to see if changing is necessary. If needed I have options and still WON'T use Newton. I have but, don't and never have liked it. Side note. Pixonic is so big on Nerfing EVERYTHING, why not the NO SKILL BENDY'S? ESPECIALLY WHEN ON AWFUL (Eifel) is what my Inquiring mind Wants to know. And campers now have a new toy Dune to go with Hurricane. I HATE CAMPING/SNIPING! Even worse campers on Test Server. I mean WTF? WHY? Test Server is supposed to be for trying out new or items one might not have. Okies to end this rant, off the soapbox FOR NOW Drops mic and exits stage left.
Raijin was once the coolest sniper robot in the game back in the old days. Unfortunately, it's the only robot to not have its stationary ability buffed into slow moving like other robots with their stationary ability.
@@ItsDaNewGuy, in my previous account, I had a Raijin and equipped it with Zeuses, but it's not as decent as having machine guns equipped. Man, I should've equipped it with snipers or laser guns back then.
