Today I’m back with a new concept inside the podcast called « ACTUALLY, WE CAN ».
The goal is to hear people’s life stories, their experiences/fights, and the fact that they surpassed themselves. I want that concept to bring hope, positive energies, and support to anyone who needs to be fulfilled by that.
I’m so happy to do this first episode with Candice and to share with you her life story, advice, and fight against many things.
She is so amazing and strong and I’m thankful that she trusted me for telling her whole story for the first time. We talked about stress, depression, harassment, eating problems, anxiety, body image, and also the creation of her wonderful self-love content.
