sorry for making this video longer than what it should have been. In summary, radio code should be in the glove box. If not you can find the serial number of you device by starting the car, with radio off, hold 1 and 6, turn radio on. It will then display the serial number. Go to this website radio-navicode... and enter vin and serial number. Code will be emailed to you. If you enter the code wrong 10 times it will then Display Code Error E, meaning system will need to be reset. I removed positive (RED) battery terminal for 3 to 5 minutes, and it reset the Code Error E (Allowing me to enter correct code). Hope this Helps, DrcJr77
