Would these work for DRL or do you still use halogens there? I am assuming it's either on or off with the led installed, so might be a bit bright for DRL

Mine came with two boxes does it matter if they’re connected? I installed mine with the boxes connected and they work

This one has a fan and there is the air flow since the rubber cover already has an opening. You could also cut the end from the rubber cover to increase the air flow.

I ordered a couple LED headlights for my acura and I wasn't able to fit them in on the right side due to no clearance for the fan. Was this one able to fit fine? It's hard to tell since this was installed in the high beam spot.

Yes , they did fit. But I had to turn the rubber covers inside out.

It looks like these bulbs and dust caps make it quite easy for either dust or moisture to make their way into the headlight. Have you had any issues?

Look at the socket of your headlight and look at the kit if the connector fit

i just went to the auxbeam website - it says LEDs are illegal in USA for replacement of halogen bulbs, only legal for use as fog lights. any issues with that? anyway, i wish i had known about these in 2003 when i bought my RSX - i've always hated the halogens, and having to replace them so often.

I believe the 2005-2006 use different bulb sizes than the 2002-2004, which is H1 for hi and low beams.

2002 - 2004 RSX uses H1 for both the LOW and HIGH beam. 2005 - 2006 RSX uses H1 for LOW beam and 9005 for HIGH beam.

If you remove the battery do you have to put the code in after for the car to work again?

Normally should be no code after battery reconnection.

Can you hear the fan from the LED bulb when you turn it on?

It is very quiet. In normal car operation you don't hear it at all.

That's a different h1 bulb. I have only one plate coming from my bulb.

The kit comes without them. But you can ask the Auxbeam to send you the adapters when you buy the kit.

You need the adapter to properly mount the bulb in place.

I haven't had any issues so far. Police has never stopped me. Nobody has ever honked at me. You also need to adjust the light so it aims on to the ground in front of you more rather then in the air.
