I just bought a 2005 6 speed a few days ago and I also own a black Aspec 2005 Auto aswell . And the power band difference between the two is night and day the manual just has such a smooth power band through every gear amazing for a 20 year old car . I'm going to sell my auto after driving the manual makes the driving experience way better and don't have to worry about the tranny blowing up lol .
I have the same car with 6MT with 240,000 Miles yours is so mint. they have plastic dashboard covers that look factory $200. I rember 10 years ago when i got mine used it was in excellent condition like yours good luck enjoy it.
At least for the 3rd gen, you can get an actual CAI for it. That along with the 3.7 manifold and throttle body would be nice. There’s actually a video where a guy with a 3rd gen type S did a whole 3.7 engine swap.
I have the same issue with my passenger side window. You can make it go up all the way and use it as normal so long as you don’t pull the window switch all the way up when rolling up the window
These cars can be fun daily driver but u gotta take care of them my water pump started pouring water out then my auto Trans went out now my head cylinder is shot shooting a plug out all in one month I replaced the water pump timing belt and trans and now a head soon
How much are the 6 speed worth? I just picked one up for $2500, 155k mi. Wanted to flip it but you make me want to keep it. I still have to pick it up and run through it. Needs a new hood and trunk at least.
You can insert the key on the drivers door unlock two times and hold it in the unlock position the 2nd unlock. Or use the key fob press unlock twice and hold it the second time
To roll down, press twice , second time u hold it and they start to roll down To close them u gotta do it directly on the door, turn once to lock position than do it again but hold it on the second time
