Converting my Mirrors to the 07-08 Mirrors changed the look of my TL dramatically, plus you get the added turn signals! Nothing wrong with the OEM Signals but these Unique Style Racing LED signals are a MUST!

Very nice and hopefully your car doesn’t do when you unlock the car the driver mirror wants to go crazy. Sometimes it does it and I already set driver 2 key and seat memory.

Luckily, I haven't ran into any issues regarding the motor for the mirrors malfunctioning and hope it doesn't start to anytime soon.

To be honest I’m not 100% sure. Depends on the bolt pattern of your mirrors and if the molding is the exact same fit. You might have to lose the triangular piece that runs on the car

if you have an 07-08 already, then the USR signals will be plug and play. I believe only the 2006 driver side is plug and play so you are right but 04-05 you'll have to do some wiring on both sides.
