You can use D-Dimers to rule out Lung Embolism... but yeah very low specificity. Wouldnt it make more sense to prioritize ECG over POCUS .... i mean its fast and delivers a lot of iformation ...

Hey, heavy metal is very civilized! =P Actually, the music is consistent within a playlist. The "intern crash course" playlist, to which this belongs, gets metal. Electrolytes and EKGs get Bach.
