We did it with raw sugarcane juice and raw rice flour mix in western Odisha, just boiling with some cardamom and black paper powder.. But I like this recipe too, m going to share with my mom she will definitely do it immediately..🧡🧡

Ada ( rice cakes) is available in shop. So that you can skip that process. In Kerala we usually buy it. The payasam should be eaten along pappadam and pazham(banana).
