A piece inspired by Giazotto/Albinoni's Adagio in G Minor.
The processional rhythm of the strings is a metaphor for fate as the gentle bassoon wants to be free and explore on its own. The violins exemplify the emotional struggle of the bassoon trying to escape its fate.

Great… thanks to Ceylan everytime I listen to this piece, I will surely remember the impressions that the movie gave me. I admire how he entangles specific pieces of music with his movies. On dry grasses is an absolute masterpiece

Santa Croce has pointed arches. This place has rounded ones. Maybe it's the Jim Croce Basilica. I think I saw Leroy Brown in there. He was being bad, bad.
