This is REAL COUNTRY! It actually takes me back to the older country which I LOVE! Adam’s killing this country album just like any other album he’s done. Adam is a beast!
Brandon, I like my apple juice aged in one of those big wooden barrels....it's oh so nice!! When I was younger, I listened to Country from the 60's, 70's, 80's & 90's then it was Rock, Metal, then Thrash & all the heavy stuff. So, I know me some Country & Adams album to me sounds just like that old sound with a slight twist of the new & of course Adams attitude. I heard Adam on one of his videos say that was the type of Country he liked, stuff like Merle Haggard, & I have to say it reminds me of just that. All those classic Outlaw Country singers like Waylen Jennings who is Struggle Jennings grandfather, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson & whole bunch of other artists. Don't pay attention to BS, I don't think Adam would say one thing & then deliver something completely sub-par.
