I wanted to do another Eric and Adam edit but I was a bit disappointed with their breakup and I lost ispiration, (maybe I'll do it next week). BUT after this season I love Adam even more than before so I had to do this humor.

I love how the show gave Adam more humorous scenes. No one else is as naturally funny as him in the whole series.

I wish we had got to see some heart to heart scenes between Adam and Ola this season since they were both struggling with things. Hopefully we get to see more with them next season because I loved their friendship in season 2. Love interests are fun but the friendships are one of the best parts of the show for me; Eric&Otis, Maeve&Aimee, Jean&Maureen. Lets have Ola and Adam on that list next season please.

a lot of people are iffy about his arc since he was a bully and then he dated the person he was bullying. i think it was done really well though. he clearly was sorry for what he did in the past and he said it himself, he didn't like hurting people. he was sorry and what's good about it is he backed it up with positive changes in his behavior. that's how apologies should be. same with his dad. he was a horrible person, a horrible father and husband. but he tried figuring out why that is and when he realized it was because of his abusive past, he also did do something about it; standing up to his brother and talking, actually talking, to his wife. just not sure if they'll decide to make him spiral since he didn't ultimately got back together with his wife. i hope not though. i for one love the portrayal of positive masculinity in the show.

Am I the only one who thinks he has some sort of undiagnosed disorder. Like autism or dyslexia. I know they are totally different things but I am not an expert. I just realized it's hard for him to do even basic things in school so I thought maybe dyslexia. Than I noticed he is so awkward in social situations so it could be autism. I don't know what it is but there is something that's not right about him.

Maybe dyslexia, I don't know about autism, but I believe he has some sort of "trauma" because of his dad or something and the way he grew up

@@patronuspower I have autism so I recognized some traits (lack of eye contact, doesn't know how to behave in public etc.) But I'm not sure, because he clearly has problems about writing and reading. Hey, maybe he has both. And it would've explain so much about him. I don't think those things are related to his father. He has problems and traumas because of his father but what I'm talking about is not part of it.

immediately I thought that there would be a dyslexia storyline when Ms. Sands looked at him concerned when he opened his book the first day of school. And again when he couldn't read "unhygienic." And that just adds a whole other level of awful to his father, because a trained educator should notice signs of dyslexia in their child right away. Goes to show how little attention he paid to his son.

Adam does deserve someone better, but I don't blame Eric for breaking his heart. I mean they've been together for quite some time but Adam isn't too open on what he feels. It would even take a heartbreak for him to tell his mum that Eric was his boyfriend. After S3, I ship Adam and Rahim though, I like them for each other. ❤️

I'd love to know how much was scripted because there's some stuff you can't script. There are bits which seem like "bloopers" that they chose to keep in - the dropping of the keys, the over the counter swivel, the whole price tagging thing... All that feels improvised. Either way, he seems naturally humorous as an actor.
