Being from the UK obviously it would be great to see Adam become Olympic champion in Paris and make history but it's the first time where I think he's going to have competition. Who knows maybe not coming in favourite and as an underdog will work in his favour???. If he does win gold and becomes Olympic champion that will be insane.

It's going to be an incredible race at the olympics, in my video on it I implied that the results could range from Adam winning the gold to Adam not even medalling, it is just an incredible field

I received my bonus today. You know that feeling when you swim in your own lane at the public swimming pool and nobody is paying attention to you. Since I am over forty, I am not as fast as I used to be. But today, everyone else in the pool was on break at the edge, and after only thirty minutes, my lane looked like a group of piranha fishes. I wonder what would happen if I were to try and break the rhythm of a swimming club in their lane, just for fun and see the difference.

3hr workout. How times have changed. In 3hrs, I was doing up to 15k yds and I was a sprinter and only 12 years old.

I don’t think it matters loads what happens at the olympics- he’s revolutionised breaststroke and triggered an insane uptick in UK swimming in particular, his legacy will last forever
