@@nopanic3186yeah but Brucey Bruce was always talking out his ass, he talked like a politician and he was a terrible talent evaluator. Peters is genuine and knows what he’s doing.
Exactly. Let the experts do their job. Sometimes I think there’s trolls who aren’t fans of the team. True fans have seen ownership, FO, and new Coaching staff bring in players we would have never signed in the pass. I trust the leadership of this team. HTTC
Is everyone suppose to agree on whoever gets drafted? No. people have there opinions and I don't think it goes much further than that. Some feel more strongly than others on that opinion but that ends after day 1 of draft night. Until then....who should we draft at QB?????
So excited that Adam is at Washington. Expertise, professionalism and class comes across. He can't control the results but he's doing everything he can.
When we were good, there was a guy named Bobby Beathard. Plus an owner who let him and coach do there thing. I think we are headed in the right direction.
Im excited all-around no matter what QB is taken. Call me crazy, (you heard it here first) but I wonder if, due to injury, Mariota ends up actually succeeding here
While I understand the Pro Day is important, obviously you run the risk of basing your draft decision on a couple hours of a simulated workout instead of years of college games.
We’re definitely taking LT with our second pick. Considering his talent and team friendly deal, what do y’all think Allen is with in a trade for picks?
2 & Wylie for 11,23,108, 2025 1 +4, Darrisaw.. then… 11, 23, 2025 1 + 4, Dyami Brown for 4 & 27.. take McCarthy at 4!! Wylie going back would lessen the sting for MIN on giving up Darrisaw. Dyami would give Arizona a depth piece at WR, could benefit from a change of scenery. Washington gets a young LT , the best QB in the draft and 108.. makes too much sense
If you can't figure out the QB position by now, you simply don't know what you are doing. You make an offer to Chicago for Caleb, and if that doesn't work, take the #2. There is a big dropoff from the top 2 QBs. Not knowing that is troubling.
@dokedoker3340 he cost Dan Quinn a good OC. I'm not sold on Kliff. He was essentially leftovers. People are confusing him with Kyle Shanahan. Kyle is on a different level.
@@Krischaos75 he already showed his hand. He's currently not holding any QBs. Signing Marcus gives away the exact suit. Only one QB matches that and it's Jayden Daniels. Since no team wants Jayden he thinks he can trade down and get his guy.
@@apollobernet yeah and they also liked sam darnold, I’m a Jayden guy. But signing Marcus doesn’t mean shit. Our passing game coordinator was with Marcus last year, meaning Marcus will be ready week 1 if the rookie QB isn’t. Adam even said Brian talked up Marcus. I really don’t think they even know who they’re picking yet. And they won’t trade down until the bears select because they want Caleb, until Caleb is picked they won’t trade down. After that, it’s whoever they think is the best person for the scheme they wanna run and has the best potential to succeed for longer.
if you are saavy enough you can decipher the code here regarding Howell. Which is, they told him and his agent they are drafting a QB and we want the 2nd QB to support whoever we draft and then *THEY* told washington we'd like you to explore trading Howell then.
AP is a professional and a month away from the draft a professional GM gives away no information. You've got to follow the process and do your due diligence. Go to pro days. Talk to every QB. Etc.
We shoulda kept Sam if he isn’t aware of the qb he wants by now.. like holy shit If he doesn’t know by the 27th aka LSU priest then I’m worried I could see Williams slipping to number 2 if JD kills his proday tbh
He's gonna draft 2 qbs. Early and late. He won't sign another one bcuz that will overshadow the rookie with two vets and 4 QB minds. Also, I believe they trade Jamin Davis for draft comp and draft a young LB that Bobby Wagner can groom. They're not paying Jamin Davis.
McCarthy is like an independent candidate in a Presidential Election, you're fed up with the other two guys, so you naturally pull for the "other" option.
Realistically we are getting a QB at 2 since trading Howell has confirmed it. Then we we will trade back into the first with the draft assets we have to get one of the top tackles
@@oscarr8597 that would fit me fine. I been saying for a while now that Maye, Williams and Daniels are not worthy of those draft spots. I'd love to get Alt and grab a QB from the 3rd or 4th round. That guy Deiter we got today is a monster.
I hear that they are talking about JJ McCarthy now I not feeling real positive about this decision hopefully it doesn’t mean anything between now and then
It's the time of smoke and mirrors. Don't read too much into it. He won't be 2 but if we can trade back and add more picks, I could see it happening. This is all a crap shoot. We have no idea how these guys will play in the league
Must be a cowgirl fan....why are you over here anyway..shouldn't the cowgirls worry about who's left in free agency cheap because you don't have no money.
