Why do I keep coming back to this video

So basically the same sandwich I'd make at 2 AM after smoking multiple joints

I'm pretty sure Scooby and Shaggy made this before..

I have personally made this sandwich and I can say without a doubt, that it is delicious and every ingredient comes together for a very full and balanced sandwich. Anyone who says it's too much is a whiny hipster.

Love how he treats even the simplest ingredients with respect and explains why he uses them. Some might call it low brow or simplistic but you can tell there is real thought put into this

My favorite sandwich= Fresh warm french bread, little butter on the top and bottom, salami as the first layer, then mortadella, then kashkaval cheese, then some slices of green bell pepper and onion and that's it! The main ingredient is for everything to be really fresh. It's sort of a Romanian thing, but OMG it's the best

most people will look at this and see an abomination, and I don't know what it is but I've always loved these kind of weird, obscure, "concoction" type sandwiches. I remember the the first crazy one was a regular ham sandwich and I was just drunk as all fuck with hardcore beer munchies, and for some reason I felt like putting pizza sauce on it would be good, and I'll be damned, it was. So now I always make weird shit like that and I love it. So many people think it's strange and disgusting, so I'm glad there's at least one big name out there with the audacity to be adventurous with their food.

Always put the sriracha on the bottom of the sandwich. Then make sure to turn it over on your first bite so the sriracha is now on top. Got it!
