I did the #2 challenge back in like 2010 and was crapping fire for the next day. Only managed to get through a tiny bit of it. Didn't taste very good, either. Not a fan of Orochan.

I have a feeling that the "chef" had never worked in a real ramen shop in Japan. That "ramen" was for Americans and not Japanese. I bet it was flavourful and good for their palette as long as he poured in the powders and put in enough chopped carrots to bulk it up. Good job!

if i had to guess that spice powder has cayenne pepper and paprika. As to what else is in it.. maybe dehydrated ghost peppers and reaper peppers. ground into a fine powder. others that maybe part of it.. chocolate 7 pod.. and moruga scorpion.
