You can tell by looking at what they put in the blender that would be no flavor to it, that was a terrible mixture of nothing but peppers and a few other ingredients that in no way, shape or form cover the heat or even compliment it. No real chef would mix something like that up, not even for a challenge. Then they throw in extract...and way more extract than normal just because it's Adam.
