@@drsandeep477 What's wrong? Nothing illegal in shorting a stock. What's illegal is layering and using mauratius and US based shell cos/funds to invest in your own stock and rig their prices. That's why dubious FII funds from Albula, Cresta and AIC got ready to pay SEBI fine. This was when there was no guarantee that BJP would come back to power to they hurriedly carried out an investigation as just incase INDIA came to power all beans would be spilt about Gautam's shell cos and web of cos. Just a tip of the iceberg in Gauti's round-tipping world

So basically, the short was very perfectly planned keeping all the laws in mind domestic international both, now the govt is doing face saving acts through SEBI. Coz how does sebi have jurisdiction over hindenberg? Its registerd in Nyork Also if kotak acted as per short selling laws, then they cant be questioned either. So what is SEBI after???

@@knightofgodserventofholymo7500 Govt will have to give it retrospective effect, which is a very contentious issue. Also tht law will be like a sanction and US Govt specially with Trump coming in next year will not be happy about it.

For all the Einsteins in the comments section. Hindenburg is a short-seller. It's normal for short-sellers to deceive the average investor. It's fair for a regulator such as SEBI to investigate this.

Regardless of what Adani has - stock price manipulation should be investigated. SEBI made no effort for a genuine investigation despite and entire report being presented. We know why.

SEBI is not impartial in this case. Definitely😢🎉 instructions are coming from the top. The coverup operation is still going on. I have never invested in Adani stock and never will. Period.

Adani's operation is full of shell companies. Even GQG run by Jain appears to be a front for adani. If we go by textbook these are all violations but SEBI and other agencies will turn a blind eye to all this just like how Reliance Defence got contract for offset partnership of Rafale aircrafts despite being part of a group with biggest NPAs as well as having no prior domain experience.
