Uh so you’re doing what anyone with a zoom can do? You’re not adding a headphone jack you’re just listening to your mic input, you still can’t hear what you’re actually recording.
CREDITS ROLL FILMS yeah but like with anything, this is designed for a different purpose. This was designed for running two lav mics into a camera, but I don't tend to use it like this, for me it's just a small and effective and small profile way to get a two mic jacks and headphone jack on my rig. Thanks for watching
I really like you new setup (lights and desktop) looks more professional, one question ❓ you've done wedding video, could you make a wedding video tutorial, your perspective is different so that would be interesting
NigelBarros so Damn awesome, you should be only one on earth 🌎 that has shot weddings with a EOS M! 😁😁😁😂 Would love to hear how is done by someone like you 💪💪
You can attach this to the top of your camera. Use industrial strength velcro. Add to one side of a cheese plate. Add a cold shoe mount to the other side (1/4" thread). Slide the cold shoe male into the hot shoe female on your camera. Add industrial strength velcro to the bottom of this device. Attach this device to the plate, and now it's on the top of your camera! If anyone has any questions about this setup, please let me know. - Paul
Greetings from PDX. Great video with solid content - only critique I would offer would be that placing Levi on the left of the screen while his voice was sounding in my right ear was a touch disorienting.
If I put in a Videomic Pro or a similar microphone, will that microphone still be able to record in stereo? Or is it always mono? (because one of the mics plugged in is in the left speaker, and the other one comes out of the right speaker when stereo is selected). If not, this thing is ideal for me. Thanks!
Colin de Deugd if you listen with headphones you should hear me on the left and my brother on the right when I have it in stereo, in mono it puts both signals in both sides of the speakers. In my tests even with stereo or mono mice it still splits the signal into a stereo signal. Hope that helps, thanks for watching!
Jeffrey Norris no post was done, I believe it's due to the mics provided with the unit. I was using a slightly more expensive lav when the unit wasn't in use
