Will this alter functionality on KESSY ACCESS vehicles or just KESSY-GO vehicles ? There is a clear distinction. Or does aftermarket key programming effect BOTH Types. Additionally, how does one determine how car is so equipped, other than observing behaviors.
I just did one with for a 2014 passat in the USA. Same process, but the key he brought me was a dealer fob key. Meaning he purchased it at the dealer cut but not programmed. Tried this method, I said yes to add dealer key, then it gave me an error saying the key was locked and if I wanted to unlock it. I said yes, then it gave me an error saying it couldn't unlock it. So I said ok and the process continued since I wanted to try the other option. To my surprise even though it error out, at the end it showed me that it had 3 keys in the system. It originally told me it had 2 keys stored in the system. I tried to start the car with the new key and it worked! Guess it did program it. Not sure why since it said it couldn't do it. After that I just did the fob programming and away the car went with a happy customer and his new key. :)
hello again after a while, other day i was just tiring to Add 1 extra key ID 48 MQB to a Jetta 19 while the car came with only 1 VVDI smart key it was programed to the vehicle in Dubai as i tried to add another K-D X2 to the same car but my IM508 was asking me to provide the CS code byte.
Wow i didn't know you can do it with this tool as i own IM508 and How about doing it wiv the vvdi key tool max i meant sniffing it is it the same as i did on a jetta 16 ID 48 i programed the remot separately and the ID 48 separately.
Thank you for your question. You are correct, the Xhorse Key Tool series of devices is capable of cloning the transponder in these keys. You could easily clone the transponder and then program the remote portion of the key separately.
because in the promotional videos of this team it is already working in immo 4th generation of volkswagen for lost keys and no clarification is made to see that it is in tests and is not a fact yet ???
Yes, it will program the remote portion. I'm not sure about remote start although I don't think it would be a problem. Kessy is only a few vehicles. I don't think any Jetta's are Kessy. That would be Taureg, Cayanne, and one of the Passat's I believe

To add a key is not to hard because you have 1 working key and the cluster go to service mode no problems but once you loose your keys. Tray all keys lost.
Cesar Vidrio all keys lost not is Available. In the videos of manufacturer look you Can program allkeys lost but in the reality not support this function. @@KeyInnovationsWholesale Can it do it now? I have yet to find a tool that can get PIN codes from kia/Hyundai after 2007. Besides of course the VERY EXPENSIVE Advanced Diagnostic tool. So far, no one can do this. Is it really that hard?
