Coffee Rub Grilled Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
-For the coffee rub
2 tablespoons Maika’i Medium Roast 10% Kona Coffee
2 tablespoons brown sugar amzn.to/3hfsjrU
1 tablespoon Hawaiian salt amzn.to/3y7uYKZ
½ tablespoon paprika amzn.to/361hPan
½ teaspoon garlic powder amzn.to/3w84WpJ
½ teaspoon onion powder amzn.to/2UMRLNL
¼ teaspoon cumin amzn.to/3qCy7A3
-For the pork chops
2 pounds pork chops
Directions:
1. For the coffee rub: To a small bowl add Maika’i Medium Roast 10% Kona Coffee, brown sugar, Hawaiian salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Mix until well combined.
2. For the pork chops: Pat dry the pork chops with a paper towel. Liberally season the pork chops with the coffee blend and allow to sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before grilling.
3. Heat grill to medium to medium high heat. Clean grates and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Place pork chops on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes depending on thickness on each side or to a minimum internal temperature of 145F for rare, 150F medium, 155F medium well, or 160F well.
5. Remove pork chops from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Slice and ENJOY!
