Excellent video, it helped me a lot in installing Windows Server on Dell PowerEdge T150. I had no idea that there was a need to do this process of inserting the drivers. Thank you! Greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷
Great set of videos for creating WIM image file and then to inject drivers. Appreciate the time taken to create these been a really big help to tricky issue and saved having to return laptop for fix.
Brian, you are the man, the only one who explained it easily and correctly. Windos7 is now installed on my HP 15 laptop and it is running fast now. Thank you very much again !!!
Fking Legend!! my mate gave me his dell gaming laptop to fix. the screen is broken and the current windows install was corrupted. couldnt do anything on it, couldnt even connect to internet to try updating to fix it. i needed to inject the amd drivers so i could use the usb installer... i did it!!! WOOO!
Thank you for the video, I'm about to give this a shot. I also just wanted to say I love your voice, reminds me of the ship AI in Red Dwarf! So it's kind of fitting.
To backup drivers in Windows 10 all you have to do is to open PowerShell and run the command. Export-WindowsDriver -Online -Destination C:\Drivers Done.
In my case I was unable to boot from usb because I was using and efi system and it only supports NTFS file format for the bootable media. I was able to solve it as follows: 1) Open Rufus 2) Select ISO image 3) Change File system to NTFS(Default is Fat32). 4) Change the "Partition scheme and Target scheme" to GPT for UEFI(I don't remember the exact words so. 5) Click start Now you are good to install windows 10
i guess Im asking the wrong place but does any of you know a method to get back into an instagram account?? I was dumb forgot the password. I would love any help you can give me!
@Tripp Kristopher Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and im in the hacking process now. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
Some laptops, such as HP, need to download and install IRST driver through flash boot during Windows installation to recognize the internal SSD memory. But the problem is that in order to boot other software like Acronis to backup the drives, there is no option to reload the SSD driver file for recognition. If possible, guide me how to call the internal hard drive of such devices for all bootable programs.
thank you so much kind sir, very intriguing video and it only took me three hours to complete the process on my end, i imagine it could have been 30-100 hours otherwise
Lets say you have multiple computers that have different hardware, can you place all the drivers for all the computers in one instalation disk and when installing it only detects the specific hardware for each computer and only installs what is necessary for that computer?
Well for a couple of drivers it might work, wondering if you try to inject 15GB of drivers for a usb stick so when you install windows from it, it won't matter which system it is. Something like snappy driver pack+windows 10 all in one style :D
If I want to do a clean install can I just backup my drivers using Windows PowerShell and this command Export-WindowsDriver -Online -Destination C:\Windows10Drivers? Then inject those drivers. Thanks for all your videos.
You can also use a program called esd-decrypter-wimlib-4 for creating a install.wim by mounting the windows ISO by right clicking on it from the folder and copy the esd file into that program and while you have the windows iso mounted copy the files to your work folder then transfer the wim to that folder.
hi there , please make a tutorial video about how we can add third party software to iso windows 10 like office and players . that means during windows installation office and third party software will install . thnx
Good evening, I cannot find the executables for the 4 applications. You can send me the links to download them. Are the executables signed. I thank you in advance.
I have tried this process and it did not work. i successfully mounted the install.wim and mounted the mount folder. then successfully loaded the network drivers into the install.wim and then committed to the changes. then used WINAIO to make a ISO. Inserted the ISO using rufus and also the "WINtoUSB" to a USB flash drive. Then successfully installed windows 7 onto a computer. the network driver did not install when the windows OS was installed. i did this on a Dell optiplex 3040 using USB3.0 is that a problem? should all of this been done with USB2.0? Would appreciate a explanation.
Image Version: 6.1.7600.16385 Searching for driver packages to install... Error: 0x80010105 DISM failed. No operation was performed. For more information, review the log file.
Running DISM GUI as an administrator, I'm trying to mount install.wim's index 2, but get an error: "Error: 0xc1420113 The user attempted to mount to a directory that already contained a mounted image. This is not supported." I've rebooted several times, creating new and/or selecting different empty folders for it to mount to, yet it always has the above error. Interestingly, it worked when I selected index 1.. I was able to mount, then add the driver and commit. I verified in 7-zip that the driver is in \sources\install.wim\1\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository. But what could be the issue with index 2?
Im confused So my OS is broken i extracted the windows iso file using rufus onto a usb flash drive now it cant find network and ask to add driver ... And theres nothing to use... What do i do?? Should i not have extracted it with rufus ? The iso was too large to move to the usb which is why i used rufus to extract
Hi I try to add win 7x64 usb3.1 to hp deskelite800-G3 I checked that driver is in rigat place on the iso file but still i can't oparte mouse ro keybord . any idea?

i would like to ask about windows 10 if i need to add drivers from dell website i download the driver from the website then install it on the installation media is that's okay ?
i have a question, if i want to create a custom and almost silent iso for multi windows 10 installation USB for repair services. which means every system will have different sets of drivers. is there a way to do this. i waas thinking of finding a way to integrate driver packs solutions to it. for quick and easy installations so that i can focus on other things. includes: all current updates until now, and certain main programs e.g. office, adobe, chrome, winrar, winzip, klite codec, antivirus, vlc, steam and team viewer. i been reading and watching for 2 days straight and every video they use different tools/software to do it and havent found one that helps me complete everything that i need, if you can help in someway. ill appreciate it.
I closed out the DISM program and now I cannot delete the mount folder from my desktop. It says I need permission from myself. Any ideas? I have tried everything.
With this method do you think that, I can add windows updates to an ISO? Becuase i really have a backup from WSUS OFFLINE, that i can use to update my windows after a clean installation, but it takes always so long.. like 1-2 hours to installl everything.. so thats the reason of my question ^^ Sorry for my English.
To Britec09 I was so close last parts is Dismount WIM is where i have a problem is: Error: 0xc142011d The specified mounted image cannot be committed back into the WIM. This occurs when an image has been through a partial unmount or when an image is still being mounted. If this image was unmounted with commit earlier, then the commit probably succeeded. Please validate that this is the case and then unmount without commit. I HAD closed all Folder so any help?? Thank You
HI Brian, your video is espetacular. Its possible, after proceed with install.wim add drivers make a ISO with all images from a AIO image installer? Or one by one only? Thanks!!!
Thank you so much its helped me a lot. Does it not work with 32 Bit win 8.1 and win 10 ? It worked smoothly with x64 Bit but not with 32bit i can see the drivers are in there but it won't install. Would appreciate suggestion its been doing my heading for a while now.
Hi Sir I am from Kerala India How can I integrate usb 3.2 drivers for windows 7 Because after installation from usb or cd drive I am not able access keyboard and mouse in windows 7 it is 10th gen Gigabyte h410 mh motherboard and 10th gen Intel i3 processor if is way please let me know
But, during the installation...windows does ask if u want to load drivers; I usually keep a usb fat32 with all the inf: storage, wifi, network, smbus, imei, usb 3, and other chipset drivers... Windows picks them up nicely and installs all of ur OEM drivers.
Let's say u want to install a windows 7 on a laptop with only USB 3.0 using an external storage u won't be able to open it cuz windows 7 doesn't come with USB 3.0 drivers
how about a iso with all programs installed. I refurbish computers and get tired of installong programs. Can they be integrated into a iso and do 1 install run not many?
Hi Britec, I hope you are doing fantastic. I am getting error message please below: Command line that ran is dism.exe /Mount-WIM /ReadOnly /WimFile:"C:\DY\Work\sources\install.wim" /index:1 /MountDir:"C:\DY\Mount" Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool Version: 6.1.7600.16385 Error: 769 Compression is disabled for this volume. The DISM log file can be found at C:\windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log
Can you make a video about how to install win7 ultimate including software drivers using a pendrive made by Android?I will subscribe and thank very much
I accidentally exit the DISM and did not dismount, now I'm not sure at all how to dismount it or even delete as permission doesn't allow it. Any suggestions on what to do from here?
Hello everyone! When i use Windows AIO Maker Professional to burn an .iso file from install.wim it says: This WIM file hasn't been stored in a valid NT6.x setup folder! Does anyone know what's this about and how to fix it? I searched the internet but i found no answer. +Britec09 Thank you for this video!
