Hi Sach! :) I need to change the size of my Dialogflow messenger icon, I know that it is suggested to have it 36 px in width and height, but I would like to have a bigger rounded icon at the bottom right of the page. I think I can change this kind of customization through jquery or javascript but I don't know how to do that. Thanks!

You can add a custom payload to how Line parses the information. Based on that, you can modify the response from your webhook. Check the official line documentation. developers.line.biz/en/reference/messaging-api/#image-message Pass the same payload that Line expects and you should be able to get it working. All the best. 👍

Hi Sach, I have 2 questions for you based on the rich responses. What if I want a card that has a video that a user can click and play inside Dialogflow messenger instead of link that takes them out of messenger. Is there a way to display multiple cards that a user can scroll horizontally, similar to Facebook chatbot cards?

Hi Mbhekeni Sidu, To answer your first question, I don't think there is an embed video option in Dialogflow messenger. And to answer your second question, I think what you are looking for is a carousel response which is not there for messenger but available for Google Assistant. Hope this helps. hi Sachin, I have a question suppose I have Dialogflow intend with a different type of rich response to it and I want to integrate Dialogflow to ms teams which I have done but I'm getting stuck in getting a rich response to ms teams.

Hi Ragesh, you can use custom payload and structure your response in a way MS Team supports. You can send the rich response MS Teams support and structure and format the payload response accordingly. You can also enable webhook and parse the information and format and structure it in a way MS Teams expects as part of their rich response/message formats. Hope this helps. 🙂

I have a whatsapp API and have integrated the dialogflow with the whatsapp API. the rich text is not showing up in the whatsapp API. Yes, you can use rich responses from Dialogflow messenger and embed it in your website.

What to do when we have same word for different purpose? Like I have word "other" which I put as a button on different response and one "other" button does something else and second "other" does something else. Is there any way by which we can train the dialogflow differently for same word?

Hello sir... I have made a telegram bot using dialogflow.... Suppose when someone (say Ram)start conversation with chatbot...it should reply hey Ram Is it possible to include parameters like username, firstname, user's from telegram to use in custom payload

Hi, you can do this by getting that information from the user either through the conversation or directly from the Telegram API. Please refer to core.telegram.org/bots/api#message. There seems to be a "from" attribute which has a User Object which in turn contains the users firstname, lastname, username etc. core.telegram.org/bots/api#user Hope this helps. 🙂

Yes, you can definitely do that. You might want to use the Dialogflow API to build your custom UI to allow the users to upload PDF and then you can process them in your backend. Hope this helps. 🙂

Yeah well I Integrated my bot on kommunicate and it's UI already has an option for attachments now the problem is how does dialogflow recognise what entity it is then only i can the send the pdf to my backend server.

sir, I want to create a chatbot for a furniture store, so all the conversation cannot be possible to be answered by the chatbot, so there will be human responses from the page. How can i pause the chatbot when a human will be giving reply from the page ?

Hi, this can be done in multiple ways. You can have the webhook handle an intent where the human interaction is required. So all the responses connected to that webhook will be coming from the human agent. The other way is to provide another link or service which the user can click and then you can have a real-time chat setup between the user and your human agent. So it is completely dependent on your implementation and solution. Hope this helps.

Hi, at this time, the Dialogflow telephony provides you with a US Tolled number. It will be accessible for users in US and for people who are calling from outside US, roaming charges apply. I am creating a WhatsApp chatbot in dialogflow. I am taking data from googlesheet . For one value i have corresponding multiple entries in googlesheet. Is it possible to retrieve multiple rows for 1 value? for those multiple values i want to send separate message to user. Also, for each row, I want to display button as call or WhatsApp. Is it possible using dialogflow.

Hi Rucha, This is more from your webhook and backend logic, you can always extract the data in your backend and send it as a response back to Dialogflow and whatsapp chatbot. Also have a look at rich responses which was covered in one of my videos. Hope this helps.

Hi Ruchika, you can do this by using Dialogflow API and you can build the your layer and parse all the information from the API response and render it back in the flutter app in the way you want. So all the rich responses can be sent in the form of json response and you can parse and render the information. You can also try to see if there are any existing flutter Dialogflow packages that you can quickly integrate and try. All the best.

Hi, you can use the suggestions in custom chips as the training phrases for your another intent. So when the user clicks on the suggestion chips, it will automatically be detected to the other intent where you have trained the phrases. Hope this helps. 🙂

Hi Ganesh, this can be achieved in multiple ways. You can request this from the user through intents and then handle it in your webhook. Check out an example here for action on google and dialogflow. www.cloudskillsboost.google/focuses/4784?parent=catalog You also have platform-specific APIs that integrate with Dialogflow where you ask permission of the user and process the same in the webhook. One last approach can be by getting the location details outside of the conversational bot and passing that value as a parameter when your users start interacting with your chatbot. Hope this helps.
