Hi Sachin, this is Fabio from Brazil, first of all, great stuff, man, congrats! Now let me ask you something, from what I've seem, you cannot book two appointments into the same slot, and the way it's programmed once it's found a calendar conflict, the guest has to start over the process, so is it possible to loop the appointment process to the point of only ask the user the new date and time? Do you have this code?

Hi Fabio, Thanks a lot. Regarding your request, it can be easily done, along with the response, send the response saying that would you like to have an another appointment schedule. In this way when the user responds, it will always go to the right intent and fetch the information again. Once you received all the information, you can end the conversation with the final details. Hi, unfortunately that video was removed 2 days back as I received an email stating that Whatsapp logo was used etc which is copyrighted content. I was disappointed as well as it was purely an educational tutorial and the developer community absolutely loved it. I will plan something similar in the future if I receive many viewers requesting the same. Thanks for watching the videos. Happy Learning!

Heyyy Sach. That's such an amazing tutorial! After I've completed everything and deployed the fulfillment successfully, everything is working fine except that the event isn't being scheduled in my calendar (It shows "Not available" for the action in my agent). Hope you could help if it's possible.

Hey, thanks. Check if you have configured everything properly as per the video. You can also check the fulfillment and see the part where we set the appointment.

@@techwithsach Having a similar issue, watched the video twice now and haven't missed any steps, but it is not connecting to the calendar. it doesn't seem to go through the js code either. when I test it, it's throwing the original response for the intent from video one and not go through the code. I've double and triple-checked the id and even created new keys but noting.

Hi Sachin, it seems to be fairly straightforward to take data from the chatbot and send it to the backend via the webhook and then get the fulfilment response back to the user. However, I was wondering if there is any way to retain the parameters the user has input before the webhook was invoked and thus continue the conversation from where it left off.

@@techwithsach Hi, thanks for preparing this series of tutorials. Unfortunately I encounter the same problem as Jean. The Chatbot seems unable to trigger the code in index.js though all the parameters are fulfilled. It just displays the default response message created from your previous tutorial. Is there any way for us to debug? Thanks.

Hi, you will have to have your own backend logic to handle this. You can gather the details from the user and trigger the reminder based on the appointment that is booked. All the best. 🙂

You can do this using fulfillments and webhook. You can parse the information to your backend and do your backend logic accordingly.

Thank you. Check if your service accounts are configured properly. Also, see if the permissions are properly set. You can also look at the logs in Google Cloud to see what exactly is the issue. Hope this helps.

To Integrate with Calendar if i go and click Fulfilment and then if I enable Inline Editor, It is asking for Billing Required. How could I solve it?

Hi, if you are using inline functions or cloud functions, billing is required. If you have your own backend, you can simply enable the webhook and pass the url.

Hi Nikhil, you can use dialogflow rich responses like cards etc to do this. The link to the file can be configured within the card and sent as a response. Hi Brian, check if the date that is passed is proper from DIalogflow to your webhook. Make sure you highlight the date and time individually like it is shown in the video. Also check if the backend code is properly constructed. Hope this helps. 🙂
