It took me a while to work out the third language. I thought that it was a Romance language, (I understood the Russian and English). Usturoi gave it away as Romanian. I have been teaching my eldest daughter cooking, and your videos are a wonderful aide. They are a wonderful basis for variations/modifications for different tastes. You ma'am, are to only a great cook, but a great instructor.

Да, вкуснятина ароматная, если на такие ленивые голубцы положить сверху поджаренные лук, морковь, бол. перчик и залить соусом(томат+сметана+майонез+) и в духовку

You should take of all the liquid in the pan BEFORE sprinkling cheese on top ? It's the liquid from the chicken and the raw cabage and onions. The best is to take of the water from the cabage first and to blanched the onions... That way the meat balls will stay ferme and keep there forme. It's like making dumplings or eggs rolls...Another trick is to fry the meat balls first in a pan half cook and than in the oven, that's the way I cook them because the balls stay round and ferme and juicy inside . I rolled them in flour and eggs before frying them and finish the cooking in the oven. I Love to PUT cream of mushrooms on top before finishing cooking. I also put CHEESE on top when it's all done it's a killer😉
