This boat hook has come in handy. Useful for retrieving toys or rope from the water. It's proven useful for helping to dock our boat and fits into the boat cover fittings to keep rainwater and dew from building up on the cover. This extends quite a bit and has a handy lock/unlock function that allows you to extend or retract it quickly and effectively.
Pros:
Quick locking/unlocking
Smooth extend/retract
Fits into boat cover fittings
Hooks fender, dock lines, and cleats easily
Smooth enamel finish, no noticeable wear after multiple uses
Grippy handle
Cons:
It is a bit hard to tighten this so it doesn't slide at all, but the sliding is minimal
