Must-Have Camping EDC Items

This feels great in the hand. The scales (handles) have a good texture to them, and the blade is sharp right out of the box. I like the sheath as well. Using this a handful of times around the yard didn't dull the blade. The D2 steel seems to hold an edge well. The screws that hold the scales on can be tightened, so you know it's secure.
Pros:
Lightweight scabbard/sheath
heavy duty thick blade
well-balanced
holds an edge well
hole for adding a lanyard
Cons:
Can take a bit longer to sharpen than some stainless steel
Notes:
need to keep it oiled and dry (tool steel can rust, so you need to learn to treat it appropriately)
