great video! and very true how these things go hand and hand. i grew up thinking i would never drink. but then life brought alcohol to me. then just gradually had to have it more and more. and yes I was self medicating myself. deal with depression and anxiety. now im 45 days sober. go to aa meeting most every day. then working with a therapist and psychiatrist for the mental health. again great video!
