I Drive i5 in 1985 crown valley exit stop addictor boats walked in love at first sight bought a two seater 25 hp outboard and meet richard hoffman, his son Rick Hoffman and Another Guy who raced for addictor LUCKY The video of that yellow three seater was richards baby "The Quarter Pounder" he called it. They took me under there wing and with that richard showed me how the boat was designed for the ocean not for lake chop. Because of the high flying you can travel on a rough ocean 4 to 12 foot swells it doesn't matter as long as you keep moving your good. Hit the swell up up in the air and land going down hill on the back side of the swell and up the next one. eventually with the help of tequila i mastered the art of addictor air time and became the first addictor stunt boat driver. Did shows at long beach harbor festival and took first place in 1986 ocean side harbor days race miss those days im old now had to trade my boat in for a tetor fit spine lol I really miss jumping over the end of san clemente pier on a giant red flag wave day.

I had a blast renting these in the 80's. Was able to tow it with my little Nissan mini truck, no problem.

Glad to hear it, My brother and I owned Fun Center Inc in Lake Havasu city back in the day. Dick Hoffman was a good buddy. we sold many of those boats as well as renting them under the london bridge. We even had one up in Laughlin over a slot machine that would hit almost every month. My brother and I even pulled a mold off one and did a little streatching and pulling to it. strictly for our rentals. I know everything there is to know about those fun boats. I Still have the mold. have you seen this advertising video Addictor Boats Advertising Video or this one we made for our rentals Fun Center Loop
