How to shape a highlight on a glass subject.
Lighting techniques to add interest to still life photography.
Everything is covered from studio lighting, through the tethered capture in Capture one software, to the final image in Adobe Photoshop.
Whether it’s studio flash, speedlight, strobe, or daylight, easy techniques simply demonstrated.
Plus, some tips and tricks in Photoshop to help things along a little.
500Joule (J) Watt-Second (W s) studio flash/strobe.
2’x2’ Soft box.
Black tape.
Dark green mount board.
Canon 24-70mm f2.8 Lens.
Manfrotto 475B Tripod with a 410 geared head.
Phase One capture one software.

I really enjoy the pace of these demonstrations and the way he putters around with "let's see what that does" trials to inch towards a stunning result. My eyes glaze over trying follow several other channels that leave me feeling hopeless that I didn't get it the first and only time things are set. These are more inspirational for my way of going about things.

thank you for explaining on easy and clear way.. I would suggest if you can upload and share raw files after every episode so we can see the real result and practice on it..hope you also can help with some photoshop lessons from you experiences.. thank you again and best wishes from dubai🌹

The raw files are far too big to share online in the conventional sense. However, I’ll have a think about what you’ve said and see if I can come up with an alternative in the meantime keep watching and thank you.
