Anne: I love the look and feel of fresh fabric off the bolt, however should I be prewashing it before adding to my tea towel? or should I just sew it on and then wash everything afterwards? I'm worried my decorative border might shrink at a different rate than my tea towel. Or do you suggest washing the tea towel and the fabric ahead of time and then sewing them together? Tea Towels I would definitely pre-wash as many have a lot of shrinkage the first time washed. I don't pre-wash my good quality cotton prints, unless I am using them to make clothing. Thank you for your compliments. :) Keep watching and invite your friends to subscribe!
