What about you program the game so it says the city name, man and then what he did for example "(city name) man yell's at a hurricane to stop it" kinda like the Florida man news articles so like "A Florida man made a dog-leash tourniquet for a cyclist who was bitten by an alligator." but instead of Florida its the city name. Regarding ambulances - but this is batstuff crazy - how about you could "enter" the ambulance and "operate" the patient yourself, like in that one game with the hand? Just as a little minigame... And also the ambulance drivers "taking care" of the patients' credit cards before taking care of them and then just magically throwing the credit cards back towards its owners?
