Kelsey, I wonder how it would look if you added another set of curtains to the windows to make it more fuller? It would give it some volume and make it more lux. I love the tv wall…..your room is coming together so nice and looks amazing!

A great trick with the curtains...beats the heck out of ironing them:) Those cord covers are perfect. Perfect switch-a-roo on the lampshades. Coming together so nicely. Cathleen

looks eally nice! FYI, why we do with cords like on your sconces, we still a hole behind the light bracket and crop the cord behind the wall to the bottom. Drill a square below by the outlet on the wall and grab the cord out and plug in. We then use a flat plate to cover the hole and and paint it the color of the wall. Looks really clean and no cords are visible! Oh, you can do th same with the tv cords

Thanks I’ve done that in other places in my house but this is an exterior wall with insulation and blocking so it’s much more difficult to do here.

You're a brave soul painting on carpeting; I don't trust myself that much, guess I'm a messy painter! Ordering a smaller rug to get a visual for the color, before ordering the larger one is a great idea, I never would have thought of that, it's a great tip to remember. TY I really like the sconces, they finish that wall nicely.

So when your camera was facing outside the window, it looked like there was snow on the ground! I’m from the Midwest so of course that’s how my brain works! 😂 I also hate seeing cords! I’ll have to try those covers on 2 TV’s that are mounted. As I’m writing this (Saturday), your newest video just came through on my phone! Yay!!!😁

Love those wall sconces and the covers - well, they're the bomb lol. Didn't even know there was such a thing, so that's good info to tuck away. The curtain panels are beautiful. I wonder - if you lightly spray the panels with some water and then clip them, if that would even control how they drape down better? Can't wait to see what else you're planning; it's looking great and just a very calm, peaceful feel.

Kelsey, I need your expertise on refacing cabinets with shaker look! I love what you did and wanted to do with our bathroom and kitchen cabinets. We moved in and I notice that the edges of the cabinets are all beveled they aren’t flush to the edges ! I don’t know if I can do it now 😢 any suggestions ??

They are by hearth and hand from target but I can’t find them on the website. I googled “windowpane curtains” and saw some similar ones to mine

Not liking the rug at all. It appears like a smudged up or dirty rug on camera. A pretty floral rug would be gorgeous! Its your room, decorate however you choose. The beams look better now with other things in the room.
