sadly no. Fish often jump when their habitat is declining to reach new water, which means the puddle is drying out and they try to jump back to the creek for example. That means when fish jump the Aquarium is too small or/and they're stressed. In Fish stores, there are even smaller tanks for bettas but that is just temporary. Sadly (absolutely) no fish under 30L or 6,5gallon.
