I have 14 piercings and 8 of them are on my ears so pls take my advice! lol You MUST sleep with a neck pillow to allow them to heal especially cartilage piercings. Obviously don’t wear it around your neck but put it flat on your bed and place your ear right in the hole space. You might have to experience with finding one that’s comfortable for you but also try to get one that has a clip so it stays in that donut shape. Hope this helps Laura! :)

I’m 47 and have always wanted to start a RU-vid channel but I would instantly stop cuz the “TECH” part of it all. When I had my industrial pieced it took about a year to fully heal. A tip for sleeping; roll up a sweatshirt and use it as a pillow. The sweatshirt will form to your head and it’ll take the pressure off your ear.

I got my second piercing on my ears and I used rubbing alcohol and neosporin. And mine feel so much better and not crusty. Do that twice a day morning and night. Love yall so much 💜💙

Oh Laura sorry about your piercing Ive done all my ear piercings myself except my first they were done when I was about 5. i definitely would not recommend anyone to do their own but I never had any trouble. I hope it heals and you can continue to wear them 🥰

Hey Laura and Manny!!! Laura, you should go to Lake Okoboji in Iowa!!! I’m from Iowa and the lake is very clean compared to the Ozarks!!! It is the cutest town too!! My family goes every year and rents a boat and goes shopping. There is also an amusement park called Arnold’s park that is cute!! My boyfriends parents got engaged on the Ferris wheel there!! So cute!!

WHEN you come to the ozarks make sure you stop by Marty Byrds on the strip at Lake of the Ozarks! It’s a bar based on the show! It’s a great spot. Definitely a party spot at night but pretty chill during the day!

Dropping my second comment here (coming back to finish the rest of the pod!), just to say that the Ozarks are AMAZING! The area has the most welcoming hospitality. My friend’s family owns the most beautiful house right off the lake, with their own little pool and private pier. When I went last year, it seriously felt like our own little piece of heaven. Central Missouri might not seem like anything spectacular, but it really is a special place.
