I've had panic attacks in the weirdest places. The first bad one I had was in church. I had one at the dentist's office once. That was strange. The one that really stands out is when I was on stage, playing drums with a band in front of a crowd of people. I recognized it for what it was and fought through it. No one knew I had even had one. Thankfully, I rarely experience those kind of attacks anymore. Even the night terrors aren't nearly as frequent as they used to be. I probably just jinxed myself. lol
Right? Anxiety attacks can definitely happen at the most in opportune moments. It could be very uncomfortable. But I'm glad you were able to muscle through that one especially on stage while playing. And I'm very glad your night terrors and your panic attacks are much less frequent. But I hope you don't jinx yourself. Ha ha! And I'll never forget one of my most memorable anxiety attacks. I was on stage doing some stand-up comedy when the first minute of my set I had a massive panic attack. I froze on stage and kind of drew blank and literally just said thank you and dropped the microphone and walked off stage. After that, it turned into a comedy roast and all the other comedians got me good
