"Everything I do well at feels like a glitch and I am terrified that will be found out"...this is exactly how I feel at my job. I just got a promotion, I should be estatic but the feeling of not belonging is eating me alive.
This was me growing up everything you said was the truth. I was bullied because of my ADHD and it took me 10 years to accept that I have ADHD and when I did I realized all I had to do to find myself was accept it . This poem helped me greatly and I'm so thankful because I realized I'm not alone and thts the best support someone with ADHD can have, to know that you are not alone.
