New Adidas CEO Bjorn Gulden's overhaul of the company is a case study on how to approach the giant consumer markets of China and India. He dumped outside consulting companies, relying instead on the deep localized experience of Adidas executives throughout the world.
Adidas is investing in sports and in athletes with massive popularity in local markets, such as cricket in India. China and India will together comprise nearly 2 billion consumers by 2030.
