Patra, Toni Braxton, Tichina Arnold, Tboz, Lil Kim, Janet Jackson and Adina Howard made me question which team I played for in the 90s. They had it going on!
I think people forget that Adina was one of the first sex symbols in the whole 90's R&B circuit... Nobody was f'n with her when it came to music like this and her imagery, she created her own lane... Lover her!
@@lolagonvieve7388 Yes. She received a lot of support and had many fans, but a lot of women thought she was too vulgar and over sexualized. I think her confidence and “didn’t give a f” attitude made a lot of women jealous.
crazy how not only could the artist actually sing the dancers are really working and even the fellas weren't afraid to get up and sing a female song. people just really enjoyed music because it was raw not polished.Adina body is what real women look like! That jelly was juggling when she just walking let alone started booty Poppin! yeah booty popping not twerking!
Back then it was real artists that have real talent u can just tell..I love everything about the 90s I swear and the music was everything and still is...I bump the 90s music everyday
I keep watching from 3:30 to 3:45 over and over and over .... every day. I didn't realize how good she could move. Adina Howard was/is the stuff. Rick James would definitely call her a Super Freak!! She is working the darn thing hard.
Ugh! Such an amazing time to be alive. I was pretty young when this song was performed, but at this age, I would've went nuts lol no cellphones where everyone is trying to record and take pictures, just enjoying the moment for what it was ❤❤
Roy Staggers Miley, aka Hannah Montana is just another prime example of how black culture isn't noticed or appreciate it until whites get a hold of it lol. Twerking was really only common amongst blacks until Miley did it at the VMAs and one of her videos.
@@mjolden right like how is twerking make you think of miley? You mean to tell me that you don't know black dancers and normal girls did that shit for so long!
y'all say anything at this point ... it's not common to see a regular (low/middle class) person with plastic surgery 👀 a lot of celebrities had plastic surgery in the 90s just like how more celebrities have it today ... even back in the 70s, it was very popular.
