ADIPS Fairgrounds Safety and Health Awareness Day (SHAD) 

Hi, im looking into buying a scrapped ride, and restoring it back to commission state, and operating it at events, it will be the first ride i will have owned There is a sticker in the control panel that has "adips" written on it, a date, and a serial number, but possibly no paperwork, i didnt get a good look at the date or the number, but i think the date is around 2016 What do i need to do to re-commission this ride? im asking in advance, i haven't bought the ride yet, i wont without knowing every detail to come It is a juvenile carousel, im not sure of the age, but googling photos of carousels, it seems to be a similar style as the 1950's rides Also, i dont want to leave it as it is, i wish to modify it to modernize it any advice would be great
