HDFC optima secure vs Aditya Birla Active fit plus Dono mese muje HDFC best lagta hai on paper ratio etc check karne ke baad, however HDFC ka premium lagbagh 5000/- se jyada aa raha.. to cost ko consider karke aaisa kya difference hai HDFC me jo 5000/- se costly premium charge kar rahi comparitivly others company..
If you want to be secure, DON'T BUY Aditya Birla Health Insurance. The claim Head Dr.Abhijeet Ghosh will simply deny your claims for stupid reasons. I had a horrible experience with this company which I can't explain in single comment. So Pls guys, Don't get into trouble. Stay safe
To everyone who want to know the full story behind I’m compelled to share my recent harrowing experience with Aditya Birla Health Insurance in the hopes of preventing others from falling victim to their egregious misconduct. I took a health insurance policy for my parents on 19/6/2021. In Sept 2023, my father was facing breathing issues. After consulting doctors, we got to know that he had developed some heart problems due to which there was a waterlog in his lungs that needed immediate attention. We decided to admit him to one of the network hospitals of Aditya Birla Health Insurance. This is where the problem began. Insurance team in the hospital raised a pre-authorization for the treatments. Mr. Abhijeet Ghosh (Head of claims) of Aditiya birla health insurance was raising back-to-back queries for more that 3 days. He kept asking some random documents which was not available with us. Even the doctors in hospital were clueless on what more documents he needs and why he needs it. Finally, after 3 days of endless queries he ended up denying the pre-authorization stating that “complications cannot be ascertained at this junction for cashless process, kindly come for reimbursement process.” This was most irritating and horrible response to a patient who is in medical emergency. I don’t understand the purpose of network hospital and cashless claims facilities, if the company is just going to deny the claims sitting in a corner with some stupid reasons. Actually, I’m not the only person who has gone through this. Over the last 6 months I came to know few people in linkedin who has gone through the same situation because of Mr. Abijeeth Gosh. Then only I understood it is one of their cheap techniques to avoid and postpone the cashless claims. Later, we went for reimbursement. We submitted all the reports, bills, case sheets and other supporting evidence available with us. It was the Abjeeth gosh again, Raising the same queries from the beginning. He was asking for a document (First consultation letter) which was already provided to him. He kept reverting it continuously again and again asking for the same document. I’m still not sure whether he read all the documents provided by us. Finally, he rejected the claim since he didn’t receive that document. I can’t explain how it felt at that moment. Life just went upside down. I went through a lot and I’m still facing lots of financial issues to meet out the medical bills even after taking a medical insurance policy. After 2 months of various follow-ups and analysis we finally found a light over this darkness. We sent a complaint email to IRDAI on Feb 1st week regarding this issue. The result would surprise you all. Within a week, our insurance claim was approved, and even the money is credited in my account today. Though i feel better now, on the other side I’m shocked due to various reasons… How did this company accept my claim now? If they could process this claim within a week after raising a complaint to IRDAI, why were they continuously rejecting it for last few months? What’s more shocking was, it is the same Abijeeth gosh who has approved the claim now. How could he approve it now without raising any more documents?? If he was diligent and truthful with my claim rejection, he should have appealed for this complaint to IRDAI right? Why he didn’t do that?? All these questions really scare me. What is this insurance company actually trying to do with the customers? I don’t know how many claims has rejected like this by Mr. Abhijeet Gosh, and how many innocent customers have been cheated like this. I wanted to post this in Linked in for a long time, but I doubted myself. I thought I missed some deliberate document, and that’s the reason my claim was not approved. But now it is evident that this company (Aditya Birla Insurance) is literally cheating the customers to the maximum extent possible. I’m sure Abjijeet gosh would have got a really nice Bonus for year 2023 for killing many innocent lives. Thanks for patiently reading my post. I request all my friends, colleagues and other reading this post, to strictly avoid Aditya Birla Health insurance for yourself and your family members. You are never safe with them. It’s a clear entry to Hell. I have only explained my issues on insurance claim here. There are lots of other physical, mental and financial issues I’m still going through which I can’t express in words. Please be safe while choosing an medical insurance for yourself and your family.
Adity birla health insurance policy का कॅशलेस के लिये सबका reject करती हैं.branch में भी हेल्प नहीं मिलती.मुझे खुद experience है ब्रंच में गया तो बाहर बैठो मीटिंग चालू है.1 hour रुकाती है.भरोसा करने लायक नाही है. बहुत लोगोका यही experiance है
Aditya Birla health insurance is very bad in claim settlement....They are cancelling the claim without any reason....so worst...This is my personal experience which I had very recently. please take care before you take
That’s why I showed CSR & ICR for this reason i have started paid advice so that i can guide everything about precautions and how claim works so that claim never gets rejected
