Adjarian Khachapuri ist ein typisches Gericht aus der georgischen Küche. Adjara ist im Südwesten Georgiens gelegen und ein eurasischer Staat an der Grenze zwischen Europa und Asien. Khachapuri (ausgesprochen auch Hachapuri) ist ein typisches Gericht, welches aus einem Brotteig besteht und mit einer Käse Füllung gefüllt ist. Klassisch wird dazu der Hefeteig in Portionen eingeteilt und zu ovalen Fladen ausgerollt. In die Mitte kommt dann eine Käseschicht aus Feta/Schafskäse und Mozzarella (typischerweise wird Sulguni Cheese
Imeruli Cheese verwendet). Außerdem wird noch ein rohes Ei in die Mitte geschlagen. Nach dem Backen ist dieses noch leicht flüssig und kann mit dem Käse verrührt werden. Das Brot kann außen dann abgebrochen werden und in die Füllung getaucht werden.
📝Zutaten für das Rezept:
1 Würfel Hefe
250 g Wasser (warm)
1 TL Zucker
1 kg Dinkelmehl
2 TL Salz
250 g Milch (warm)
120 g Sonnenblumenöl
300 g Gouda
600 g Feta / Schafskäse
300 g Mozzarella
100 g Tulum Käse (Noadenkäse)
1 EL Milch
4 Eier (nicht aufschlagen!)
20 g Butter

Hallo Sally, ich bin Georgierin und finde sehr toll, dass Du es gebacken hast 🤩🥰 Ich hoffe, Du wirst mir über eine kleine Bemerkung nicht böse. Das Käsebrot/Khachapuri (ხაჭაპური) wird in Georgien ausschließlich aus Weizenmehl gebacken. Wenn man das Original probieren möchte. Experimentieren ist natürlich erwünscht 🥰🤩

Hallo meine Lieben❤️Heute zeige ich euch mit Ela zusammen eine georgische Spezialität namens Adjarian Khachapuri😍 Das sind große Teigschiffchen- ähnlich wie die türkischen Pide- gefüllt mit verschiedenen Käsesorten. Nach dem Backen wird dann noch ein Ei in die Mitte geschlagen und mit der Füllung verrührt. Einfach das perfekte fingerfood Rezept für jeden Käeseliebhaber. 😱😍 Habt ihr das Brot schonmal gegessen? Oder kennt ihr das Rezept auch aus einem anderen Land? Viel Spaß beim Nachmachen, eure Sally😘 PS: Ela erklärt euch was ein Tellerbesen ist und lässt das Mehl die Rutsche hinunterrutschen 😂

@@sofiiiaanjaaa2970 dies ist mir schon bewusst 😊 meine Frage war ja ob Sally ein aktuelles Rezept hat, weil Sally ja zwischen durch auch Mal erwähnt das Sie ihre Rezepte manchmal abwandelt wie zum bsp. letztens bei kısır hat sie erwähnt das sie das Rezept mittlerweile etwas anders macht, also nicht mehr ganz so wie in ihrem Video 😋

Ich bin auch aus dem Georgien. Mir hat große Freude gemacht dich mit georgischen Gericht an deine wunderschöne Kanal zu sehen. Es ist dir sehr gut gelungen. Mit dem Käse hast du auch richtige Entscheidung getroffen. Ich fand deine Idee mit dem Gauda sehr gut, sonst ist das Brot teil (Teig) zu dick. Ich werde nächstes mal auch so ausprobieren.

Ja vielleicht hast du recht, sie hat nicht alles richtig gemacht. Aber ich würde trotzdem sagen leben und leben lassen - folgst du etwa Mainii? Sally ist wenigstens ehrlich, und dazu hat sie endlich Khatshapuri gemacht, das hatte ich mir schon lange von ihr gewünscht.

Ein Rezept Video zu einem Gericht was man nicht kennt zu machen finde ich leider sehr unauthentisch. Wenn man es genau nimmt ist das hier schon kulturelle Aneignung, da das Endprodukt nicht wirklich viel mit dem Original zu tun hat. Mit Türkischen Wurzeln nicht zu wissen dass Georgien ein Nachbarland ist finde ich außerdem ziemlich fragwürdig obwohl ich die Videos sonst ganz gerne schaue.

Liebe Sally, ich komme selbst aus Georgien. Du bist nicht die Einzige. Fast keiner, aus der Türkei oder türkischer Abstammung, die ich getroffen habe, Weiß nicht mal was für ein Land Georgien ist und wo es liegt. Das wundert mich ein wenig. Dabei sind wir ja Nachbarlaender.... Schön zu sehen, dass du ein Rezept aus meiner Heimat nachbackst. 💓

Ich glaube das liegt daran, dass man ganz oft Georgien nur auf türkisch kennt und es nie auf deutsch gehört hat. Als ich zum ersten Mal gehört habe, das Georgien = Gürcistan ist dachte ich mir oh das wusste ich garnicht, obwohl ich es ja als Gürcistan kenne 😂 In den letzten Jahren ist Batumi sehr in hier in der Türkei, weil es so nah an der Grenze ist und man kein Visum braucht, sondern nur den Perso 🙂

Hey sally, 😊 ich habe eure podcasts seit dieser Woche entdeckt und jeden Tag eine Folge angehört und ich muss sagen ich bin endlich froh, dass ich endlich so einen inspirierenden und wirklich lustigen Podcast / Pärchengespräch gefunden habe. Ich höre sie mir gerne auf der Fahrt zur Arbeit an (1 stunde Busfahrt 🙄) und musste mich so oft zusammen reißen nicht im bus 🚌 mich kaputt zu lachen wegen murat 😂 das ist nicht böse gemeint ,sondern weil er einfach so lustige Sprüche von sich bringt die euch wirklich authentischer und sympathischer machen. Allgemein kann ich nur sagen ihr wirkt einfach so real und ihr solltet weiterhin über euren Erfolg sprechen wie ihr es geschafft habt euch was aufzubauen mit einer Leidenschaft wo es nicht um dass Geld ging wie in der heutigen Episode und wie ihr auf negative Reaktionen vom umkreis reagiert habt. ich freue mich schon auf euren nächsten podcast am Donnerstag ( wünschte ihr könntet es jeden Tag machen 😅) Liebe Grüße Vaishnavi

Hallo Sally, ich war diesen Sommer in Georgien. In Batumi gibt's ein bekanntes Lokal Retro ,die sind auf Adjaruli spezialisiert,das kann man nicht beschreiben wie lecker das Essen dort ist. Wenn es gehen würde, hätte ich ein Bild mit dazu geschickt. Super Rezept, mit dem Gouda Käse im Rand habe ich noch nie probiert.

Ich hätte auch nicht gewusst wo Georgien ist 😂 aber der Unterschied ist dass ich erst 12 bin 😂 bin gerade von der Schule gekommen wir hatten das Fach AES und wir haben verschiedene Schneide Techniken ausprobiert an Äpfeln und es waren verschiedene Arten von Äpfeln 🍎 und durften probieren 😇 mein liebelingapfel ist elstar was ist deiner ? Ich habe mir gerade deine ersten Videos angeschaut und Wow😍!! Wie du dich entwickelt hast👍. Ich stehe noch ganz am Anfang mit meinen Anleitungsvideos und bin noch total steif und schüchtern 🙈😅🤣. Meine beste Freundin kommt aus georhien und letztes Jahr hatte ich die Ehre, sie und ihre Familie dort, in der Hauptstadt, für 2 Wochen zu besuchen. Das Essen war pervers!!! Wirklich! Diesen khachapuri habe ich tatsächlich nur 1x gegessen, weil er mir zu schwer war, aber den anderen (der aussieht wie eine pizza) mochte ich unheimlich gerne! Die georgische Küche ist allgemein toll! Freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch!

Hallo Sally, super, dass du auch georgische Käsebrot gebacken hat. Nun ein Hinweis, die ganz wichtig ist. Es sollte nur Eigelb drauf kommen. Kein Eiweiß. Und wirklich nur kurz im offen stellen. Damit die Eigelb noch flüssig bleibt. Ganz viele liebe Grüße . 🥰😍
