There are several different ways to make clips faster (fast forward) and slower (slow motion) in Adobe Premiere Pro. Speed/Duration is probably the most common and convenient...It allows you to adjust clip speed by changing its percentage rate, or change its duration which also affects how fast or slow the clip is in playback.
