Heating up the frames too much can damage the lenses

I need new spectacles. I have £500 (UK) to spend. I have never had any spectacles fitted correctly. I believe DIY self-fitting frames is possible, but only if shown how to by a professional optometrist. This video is helpful. (UK)

Pity his hands are in the way so we can't see how he bends the frame near the front of the glasses. When he uses the small pliers.

He heats up the bridge with the machine and then adjusts the frame off camera. How can I properly make the adjustment if I can't see the technique you are using?

What if i place them uspide DOWN and they are uneven ?

We can also fit fiber frame by this method?

i did bought new eye glass. but cant wear 5 min my head hurt. why.. are there have solutions for this? every day my head pain after wear glass

Isn't the middle of the lenses supposed to be located in the center of your eyes? his eyeglasses seem to need further adjustment 😂

Goggles, they are a pain in the ARSE, i had both of my eyes lasered, best thing ever, i have perfect vision for distance, and use a magnifying glass for reading, save yourself money, have your eyes lasered for distance, so much better.

thumbs down as a demonstration involves seeing not just hearing. And just because you explained something previously, doesnt mean we shouldnt be able to see you do it again with the other frames. Just dont make the video if you already need a shortcut for under 10 min vid.
