I just wore crooked glasses for 2 years 🤣. Didn’t realize how easy this was

mine went out of whack, maybe when i was cleaning them. managed to get them back just by hand - surprisingly, didn't even feel like i'd tweaked it. they lie flat now, and seem straight wearing them, maybe my ears are level.

How do you know where to bend so it was comfortable for a patient?

My problem is the optical shops don't know how. I have had pain for years trying to get my glasses to not pain. Is the end of arms suppose to go around the ear. My glasses right now are close to 90 degree angle. I need help
